"I was looking for cheaper car insurance when to my surprise State Farm was coming in the least expensive. I got to work with Eric Haghnazarian to get everything setup for my Auto and Renters Insurance Policies. He made sure I knew all of the other types of policies State Farm offers from life insurance, disability insurance, etc. While I did not need those policies, it was nice to know they were available if needed. We discussed the terms and limits of what I wanted my auto & renters insurance policies to be at, and how much they would cost. I was also told about their Drive Safe & Save discount which could also help me have additional savings based on my driving habits. I liked that there was an app I could put on my phone for easy access to things I may need/want. Eric was a pleasure to work with to get this setup, friendly & personable. I had some additional questions later, and I was able to just email Eric and he answered quickly. Thanks for the savings State Farm!"

"I had a good experience. Have the confidence back being insured that my prior " cut rate" company never had. Was unpleasantly surprised by a 30% rate increase that " all the companies are doing" so hopefully will not see another increase especially after fires in CA. You really never hear from them for an annual review or anything but I suppose I can go in at any time if needed. I went by once to talk about homeowners policy and saw someone that helped me adjust and understand coverage. Not the lowest cost but if I ever have a significant loss don't want to be with a lesser company."
